Everyday in America, someone buys a puppy.  It may be bought from a pet store, an internet site or a dealer advertising in a local nerwspaper.  Buyers don't think about where their puppy came from.  The main suppliers for pet stores are puppymills.  Puppy Millers don't think about dogs the way an animal lover does.  They think about dogs like a CEO:  Produce as many as you can for as cheap as you can!  As a result, dogs suffer.  The breeding animals suffer short, lonely lives, condemned to prodcuing puppies until they can produce no more.  Neither parent or puppies are provided with social interaction with people and the dogs are housed in small, cramped, elevated hutches, with little or no protection from the summer heat or , wet, freezing winters.  Puppy Mills need to be shut down!  Adopt from your local animal shelter or recue group.
